Hatfield Swim

Service Description

One hour open water session at Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre, Doncaster, under COVID19 Social Distancing Rules. Please arrive 20 minutes before your session start time - and come READY for your swim. Please sign in at registration, following the SYS COVID19 instructions which are on our website, and displayed at the centre. Changing will be outside, and therefore your kit needs to be left in a waterproofed bag or container in case of inclement weather. After your swim, we are sorry to say, that you will need to change and vacate the premises once you are suitably warmed, there will be no after swim socialising until after the COVID situation. If you have NOT swum with SYS before, will you please complete a NEW MEMBERS form which you will find on the main SYS Website. All swimmers must wear appropriate swim wear (wetsuit is optional) but all swimmers MUST wear a brightly coloured swim cap (Orange, Yellow or Day-Glo). SYS Swim caps will be available for sale at registration for £5.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling is preferred you can do this via your profile on the booking website www.swimyourswim.org both rescheduled and cancelled sessions can only be processed 48hrs before your event date.
