Pool coached lane sessions designed to help you improve your technique, stamina and endurance over winter ready for open water swimming in 2024. This set of swims will start on the 4th of March 2024 at 06.15am - 7.15am, finishing on the 25th March 2024. Payment covers 4 sessions - 4th 11th 18th & 25th March 2024 One Payment covers FOUR sessions.
